大地綠衣－環狀線南機廠及Y7車站建築設計理念

摘 要
捷運環狀線DF111設計標工程東起新店市中興路及民權路口，以地下隧道沿民權路向
西行，於穿越中正路口後，路線開始爬升，其後續路段均採高架方式佈設。跨越十四張農業
區，往北跨越新店溪後至秀朗橋前西轉，止於Y8車站東側。有Y6地下車站、Y7高架站及一
座機廠，全長2.7公里。
Y7高架站以利用站體制高點之觀景平台，並強化景觀、環保之構想，以微氣候皮層
（green layer）為建築景觀設計概念，以利未來南機廠人工地盤龐大容積之合理開發，並主動
介入細部計畫北側之公園預定地，整合開發成一大型景觀生態社區。
機廠以地衣為主要設計概念，著重在人工地盤的內在塑造，利用捷運機廠高於地面之必
然，創造出廣闊之人工地盤，由Y7站出入口高程向北及向東延伸至幾乎整個基地，此人工地
盤配合不同功能屬性之空間起伏，時而爬升至捷運站頂，時而延展至捷運維修工廠上方，或
高低起伏覆蓋捷運軌道與機房空間，成為一延續性之公園、綠地、兒童遊憩設施及運動場，
地衣即是集綠化、通風、遮雨、遮陽、雨水排水與收集的多功能皮層。

Abstract
The eastern end of the route of MRT Circular line Design Lot DF111 starts from the intersection
of Zhongxing Road and Minquan Road in Xindian District, runs underground west along Minquan
Road and gradually climbs to become elevated after passing through the intersection of Minquan
Road and Zhongzheng Road. Then, the route runs through Shisizhang agricultural zone, crosses the
Xindian River, turns west before it reaches Xiulang Bridge, and ends at the east side of Station Y8.
The 2.7-km-long section includes underground Station Y6, elevated Station Y7, and a depot.
The design for Station Y7 is to use the roof structure of the elevated station as an observation
deck. Also, to enhance landscape and environmental protection, a micro climate green layer is
adopted as the architectural and landscape design concept and to help the future development of
the massive floor area of South Depot's artificial platform. The project teams have also taken the
initiative to become involved in the detailed design of the development of the land to the north of the
station, where a park to be created. They hope the development will be integrated into a large-scale
landscape ecology community.
The design concept of the depot is based on “lichen,” emphasizing the intrinsic molding of the
artificial platform, and takes advantage of the elevation of the rooftop to create a huge open platform.
The platform will spread from the exit of Station Y7 toward the north and extend east, covering
almost the entire building site. The platform will undulate in response to the various functions
underneath. It will rise to the top of the MRT station and the depot roof and undulate all the way
over tracks and E&M mechanical rooms. Thus, the platform will provide a continuity of space for
a park, green space, as well as recreation and sports fields for children. The “lichen” concept is the
combination of multi-functional layers such as green landscaping, free flowing ventilation, shelter
from rain and sun, drainage, and the collecting of rain water.
