捷運主變壓器有載分接頭切換裝置施工經驗探討

摘要
現行捷運供電系統之161/22kV油浸式主變壓器,為了保持二次側電壓之穩定,皆有加裝
有載分接頭切換裝置(On Load Tap Changer;OLTC);由於有載分接頭切換裝置皆為油浸
型,而在有載分接頭切換裝置切換過程中,會產生相當濃度之「電弧放電」,因而導致絕緣
油焦化與碳粒形成等情況,進而使積碳逐漸累積造成絕緣油品質下降。
本文除就捷運供電系統之主變壓器OLTC作簡單的說明外,並介紹OLTC之功能,再輔以
實際OLTC故障為案例,檢討故障事故原因,進而在設計面、施工面及維修面提出建議,以
供未來施工參考。

Abstract
The existing power supply system used by Taipei MRT -161kV/22kV oil type bulk transformer
is usually equipped with an On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) device in order to maintain secondary
voltage stability. Since the installed OLTC is an oil bath type, a strong arc discharge will appear
during normal operation process. Thus it will cause insulating oil cooking and carbon granules
to form that will make the insulating oil quality worse due to the gradually accumulated carbon
deposition.
This article briefly describes the bulk transformer of the power supply system, as well as its
OLTC. This article also discusses the cause of accidents related to the OLTC. In its conclusion, this
article proposes valuable suggestions on design, construction and maintenance for reference in the
future.
