                                              ABSTRACT

The purpose of the system backup and recovery plan is one of the risk management
methods for when the system malfunctions and is the last line of defense for the
information system that returns to its normal operation. This paper aims to
introduce the implementation of a system backup and recovery mechanism based
on the virtual machine platform in DORTS. This paper proposes a cloud-based
smart backup scheduling and conflict detection collaborative virtualization board
that can be provided to the operators and co-workers for them to quickly check the
backup results and make adjustments accordingly. In addition, the operators can
also perform the system recovery tasks easily and quickly, and that is of assistance
in helping them become familiar with the recovery processes and reviewing the
improvements. This procedure makes the system backup and recovery plan more
            effective.
