摘要

捷運工程於路線規劃階段進行環境影響評估時，對沿線之古蹟文物保存與保護均持審慎
嚴謹之態度，施工合約中規定若發現疑似古蹟或遺址即須停工配合主管機關指示辦理。

有關本案古蹟保護，本局皆依文化資產保存法之相關規定並採納古蹟學者專家等意見全
力配合辦理，期能規劃得使捷運松山線北門站與文化古蹟保存、活化與再利用相互結合，不
僅是空間使用的活化，在時間軸上更藉此將臺灣鐵路建設由過去串聯至未來，並透過捷運建
設整合，以便捷的交通帶來人潮，使古蹟更容易親近、欣賞、同時提高古蹟利用價值。

The Protection of the Historic Relics Surrounding the Beimen

Abstract

During the routes planning stage, DORTS has placed great importance on the conservation
of the historic relics along the MRT routes. The construction contracts include stipulations that the
contractors should stop site works immediately once any suspected relics or ruins are discovered,
and they should also wait for the supervisors' further instructions.
As for these cases of relics protection, DORTS followed the rules of "Cultural Heritage

Preservation Law" and accepted suggestions from archeologists to execute a historic relics
preservation plan when making the Beimen Station to combine it with the conservation, activation
and regeneration of historic relics, with an aim of not only to revitalizing the spaces, but also of
prolonging Taiwan’s railway's history of connecting the past with the future. Through the integration
of MRT construction with historic relics, the passengers are attracted to develop bonds with the
historic relics, which will be more appreciable and valuable.
