                         綠營建於環狀線CF650施工標設計與施工規劃

                                                          摘要

                 環狀線 CF650 施工標工程範圍前半段約有 1.9 公里與景平路八里-新店高架道路(台 64 線)
            共線,必須在現有高架橋東西行線間預留之 3m 間隙設置橋墩,且須在影響八里-新店高架道

            路(台 64 線)交通最小之條件下,於其上方建構高度高於地面 20m 以上之「高架橋梁及 Y9、
            Y10 車站」;而本計畫路線後半段路線所在之道路寬度十分狹窄,如景平路及中山路約 24m
            寬、板南路約 20m 寬等,且道路上交通繁忙、路面下管線密佈。

                 如何在如此艱困環境,使得工程建設開發過程,邁向節能減碳及減少環境衝擊,成為考
            量的重點,因此於設計規劃階段導入重視永續發展之綠營建觀念,成為必要之課題。

                                                       Abstract

                 With  a  1.9-kilometer  section  of  the  first  half  of  the  Circular  line  Phase  I  Contract  CF650
            parallel  above  the  Bali-Xindian  elevated  expressway  and  along  Jingping  Road,  a  3-meter-wide
            space  along  the  existing  east-west  expressway  has  to  be  reserved  for  viaduct  piers.  In  addition,

            when conducting the viaduct and Stations Y9 and Y10 20 meters above the ground level, minimum
            impact  on the traffic of  the elevated expressway was  necessary. The other part of the project  is
            located above narrow roads—24-meter-wide Jingping Road, 24-meter-wide Zhongshan Road, and
            20-meter-wide  Bannan  Road—those  were  crowded  with  heavy  traffic  and  intensive  pipelines

            beneath.
                 Considerations  focused  on  energy  efficiency,  carbon  reduction,  and  environmental  impact
            reduction during construction. Therefore, incorporating green construction concepts and sustainable
            development at the design stage were critical.
