摘要

本文以BIM建築資訊模型創新技術應用於新建辦公大樓水電環控工程專案時，導入BIM
視覺化與協同作業在建築生命週期中，於設計、施工的不同階段，發揮各階段專業溝通協調
的效果。以及如何利用BIM的軟體，來建置3D模型、資料庫與協同作業平台，整合土建與水

電環控之間複雜界面及施工衝突，提高本工程的執行效率。

Abstract

This paper aims to introduce professional coordination results at various stages throughout the
building life cycle when Building Information Modeling (BIM) visual and coordination operations
were used on the E&M services and environmental control system (ECS) of a new building

construction project. Also included are the following: how to establish 3D models, database, and
coordination platform using BIM software to integrate complex interface and construction conflicts
between civil and architectural works so as to enhance performance efficiency.
