               臺北捷運信義線 DR148 設計標替代方案

                                                        摘  要
                 本文之目的在於介紹價值工程實際應用於台北捷運信義線 DR148 設計標,於設計工作展
            開前,利用價值工程系統化的研析方法,對捷運信義線 DR148 設計標系統機能分析,發展出
            符合機能要求且具最低成本之設計替代方案。捷運信義線 DR148 設計標替代方案研析工作在
            捷運局參與長官之督導與研析小組成員同心協力下,於 2003 年 5 月 2 日提出初步成果計 14
            個初步替代建議案及 3 個設計建議,並經多次捷運局局內審核與討論後,於 2003 年 7 月 23
            日完成最終定案成果,組合分成六類共 9 個建議案及 1 個設計建議,並納入細部設計。而經
            彙整完成之成果,預估節省工程費金額為新台幣 4.79 億元,成果可謂相當顯著,可提供業界
            做為類似研析之參考。-由於研析階段討論之項目甚多,為求全文精簡,茲將全文執行摘要、
            研析簡介與成果建議三部份概略說明,並例舉其中成果較為顯著之建議案作為代表案例介紹
            說明。

              Case Study of Applying Value Engineering Analysis in


                  the Metropolitan Rapid Transit System Xinyi Line

                                                       Abstract


                 This paper introduces a case study of how the value engineering analysis method was applied
            in the Metropolitan Rapid Transit System Xinyi line project design lot DR148 and how it developed
            an alternative scheme that met system requirements at the lowest costs even before detailed design
            work on the project began. The preliminary achievements were demonstrated by the Xinyi line VE
            analysis project team on May 2, 2004, when it offered 14 substitute construction suggestions and
            three design suggestions. After many rounds of discussions and verifications, the final results
            emerged on June 23, 2004, which were divided into six categories, including nine substitute
            construction suggestions and three new design concepts. The results of the value engineering
            analysis were exceptional, reducing the construction budget by an estimated US$15.5 million. The
            case, therefore, can be used as a reference for other civil projects. This paper is divided into the
            following three sections: value engineering carried  out in abstract, a brief introduction to the
            analysis done, and a summary of the achievements. It also introduces the best elements of the
            process in the summary.
