蘆洲捷運建設風雲榜

摘要

臺北捷運系統後續路網蘆洲線建設工程於民國90年12月進入施工階段，工程迄今已近完
工階段，這段期間團隊獲得大小獎項不斷，如91年獲頒「臺北市政府第一屆市政品質標竿
獎」、97年獲頒「經濟部第9屆全國標準化公司標準化獎」等，前述獎項的獲得除代表贊許

捷運團隊的努力外，更堅定臺北捷運對捷運工程的專業堅持及精進品管體系的用心，也成為
推展後續捷運工程的動力。
本文將這些參與蘆洲線工程同仁所努力的成果及獲得獎項事蹟彙總成篇，從各個角度觀

點寫出他們在工作期間對蘆洲捷運團隊及工程的體會、觀察、感受與祝福，同時也串連成一
篇豐富動人的捷運故事。

Glorious Records of the Taipei MRT Luzhou Line Project

Abstract

It has been eight years since construction work of the Taipei MRT Luzhou line began in
December 2001. During this period, the construction team has won a number of awards, such as
an excellence award at Taipei City government’s Quality Awards granted in 2002, a Company
Standardization Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2008, etc. The above-mentioned

awards demonstrate that the members’ hard work has been highly commended. In addition, the
honors have given impetus to their strict adherence to professionalism, their constant improvement
of quality control systems, and active implementation of all other MRT projects.
This paper introduces all the achievements and glorious records the team members have

created due to their dedication to the construction of the Luzhou line. From various points of view,
the author depicts his understanding, observations, feelings, and blessings for the efforts of the
team members towards MRT construction. With comprehensive descriptions, the paper is arguably
a moving story telling how MRT experience and technical know-how has been passed on.
