摘要

二十一世紀邁入「知識經濟」的時代，台北市政府捷運工程局在國內經歷多年捷運工程
經驗，已累績相當的捷運機電系統之規劃設計經驗，經由導入知識管理，將捷運機電系統規
劃設計之「內隱知識」轉化為「外顯知識」，並進一步的利用資訊化之技術知識管理系統，透
過分享之過程，將知識的價值表現出來，培養員工技術新觀念與新思維，提升組織力量培養
更多捷運機電專業技術人才。

In the “knowledge-based economy” era of the 21 century, the Department of Rapid Transit
Systems is making knowledge management a priority and is transforming the MRT’s Electrical &
Mechanical system’s “tacit knowledge” process into an “open knowledge” one that will help
introduce employees to new concepts and expertise. The department will capitalize on this technical
knowledge information management system that has been developed based on its accumulated
planning and design experience to boost the strength of the organization and cultivate more E&M
technical engineers
