Authorship Agreement
Title: (referred to below as this work)
1. If this work is accepted for publication by the Journal of Rapid Transit
Systems and Technology, the author consents to a non-exclusive
authorization to the Journal of Rapid Transit Systems and Technology
for the uses detailed below:
(1) Information including listed name, service unit and title for paper or
digital publishing.
(2) Database sales or services for carrying digitization for collections, re-
production, public posting on the Internet, download for authorized
users, printing, or availability on browsers.
(3) Providing services that utilize contents in the work for re-
authorization to National Central Library, Taiwan (R.O.C.) or other
database operators.
(4) Revisions to formatting in order to meet the requirements of database
systems.
2. The author consents to the decisions of the Journal of Rapid Transit
Systems and Technology for paid or unpaid re-authorization to National
Central Library, Taiwan (R.O.C.) or other database operators. In addition
to unpaid co-operations, the Journal of Rapid Transit Systems and
Technology will notify the author of its re-authorization using the means
of contact specified in the terms of this agreement.
3. The author certifies that this work is solely the creation of the author, and
the author has the right to authorize all of the items in this agreement.
Furthermore, the author also certifies that the authorized work does not
infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. The author
swears that following publication in this journal, the author will refrain
from revising or adapting the content of the same manuscript for re-
submission to other domestic or foreign publications. In the event of
infractions against this agreement, the Journal of Rapid Transit Systems
and Technology will be compelled to publicly announce the author’s
name and will not accept any submissions from the author in the future.
This authorship agreement is a non-exclusive authorization, and after
signing this agreement the author will retain copyright to the authorized
work.
