                                       BIM於土木建築工程之運用

                 近年來隨著電腦數位技術的發展快速,建築設計輔助工具從平行尺與三角板徒手繪圖的
            年代,逐步演進至電腦2D輔助繪圖與3D模型,已全面取代以往徒手繪圖的年代,現今眾多
            建築業者中,已經很難找到仍以手繪完成所需圖面,AutoCAD幾乎已經成了繪製圖面的必要
            軟體。然而在上一波電腦軟體的發展當中,雖然改變了繪圖的方法和速度,但對於工程的檢
            討與整合,卻依然只能停留在傳統的2D圖面對2D圖面的討論。
                 未來,透過3D模型結合各項工程資訊解析工具與視覺化表現的建築資訊建模 (Building
            Information Modeling,BIM) 技術,將有助於整合設計、施工與使用的介面,提升建築品質並
            降低建造成本,可視為新一代的設計施工輔具。
                 本文將就一種新的繪圖概念BIM作簡單的討論與介紹,探討BIM從設計階段到施工階段
            中所扮演的角色,以及如何利用BIM的軟體,用非同於傳統的方式,來整合包含建築、結
            構以及機電等多重面向之空間配置,以3D建築資訊模型為核心的BIM(Building Information

            Modeling)技術之發展與應用,在營建產業已蔚成一股不可忽視的趨勢,BIM技術已成為競
            爭力的基本門檻,並已漸納入政府公共工程的要求中,十分值得臺灣營建產業重視。

                                                       Abstract

                 With the rapid development of computers and digital technology in recent years, architectural
            design tools have evolved into 2D computer-aided drawing and 3D modeling, totally replacing an era
            of hand drawing using parallel rulers and set squares. Today, it is difficult to find a hand drawing in
            architectural firms and AutoCAD has become necessary drawing software. Though the previous wave of
            computer software development changed the method and speed of drawing, review and integration still
            remained on traditional 2D maps and drawings.
                 In the future, Building Information Modeling (BIM) that combines various construction
            information analysis tools and visualized expression through 3D models will be helpful as an integrating
            interface among design, construction, and users, as well as enhancing architecture quality and reducing
            construction costs. Thus BIM can be regarded as a new generation design and construction aid.
                 This paper presents a new mapping concept called Building Information Modeling (BIM) and
            explores the role BIM plays from design stage to construction stage, as well as the use of BIM software
            through non-traditional ways to integrate the spatial alignment of architecture, structure, and electrical &
            mechanical systems.
